Kingmakers is proud to continue its partnership with Auckland Thoroughbred Racing for the 2026/27 season, expanding our support of racing at Ellerslie with sponsorship across nine race days throughout the season.
Our sponsorship includes some of the biggest and most exciting days on the Ellerslie calendar, including Melbourne Cup Day on 3 November, the popular Twilight Races on 10 December, and Anzac Day racing on 26 April.
Supporting racing is about more than simply having our name on a race day – it’s about actively contributing to the sport we love and creating memorable experiences for the people who make racing possible: our owners.
Throughout the season, Kingmakers’ owners will have the opportunity to experience Ellerslie in style, with up to five owners invited to each sponsored race day. Guests will receive complimentary access to the Premier Gold Star Lounge on Level 5, providing the perfect place to relax, enjoy the view, and take a break from the excitement of the crowds.
We are also excited to be sponsoring the Kingmakers Ellerslie Punter of the Year on 20 February 2027, adding an extra element of fun and competition to a fantastic day out at the races.
