We plan out a great race day for our syndicate owners, with a preset agenda. This agenda is communicated on the Syndicate WhatsApp prior to race day. Come race day, owners can simply arrive when they like, knowing it will be easy find everyone on course and join in the action.
Prior to race day we'll advise syndicate owners on ticketing and entrance to the course. You’ll get two owners' badges to the ‘restricted enclosures’ at the racecourse when your horse runs. We'll may also pre-book and confirm dining and drinking areas, selecting the packages, tables, and venues that suit the different syndicate owners.
Everyone and everything related to your racehorse and your fellow owners is communicated on the syndicate WhatsApp group. We all have a smart phone, so it's the best place for owners to chat and share racing information. This centralised App makes it easy to communicate horse plans, race day agendas, share videos, photos, and of course enjoy group banter, as well as LIVE updates from your trainer.

Making the most of Race Days
A day at the races can be overwhelming for owners unfamiliar with race day procedures and etiquette. They can struggle to navigate the event, unsure on how to connect with other syndicate owners.
Kingmakers make race days special and inclusive, getting owners closer to the action. A Kingmakers Ambassador will attend race days, with the racing manager, providing a concierge service to all owners on the ground. We’ll set a clear agenda including: travel to and from the track, meeting points, ticketing collection, hospitality, food and beverage plans, and communicate plans well in advance.
We’ll pre-book hospitality options for owners so you can enjoy the day, in the best surroundings, with easy access to the birdcage before the races and stabling areas after. Owners will have the chance to meet the trainer, jockey, and visit their horse in the stabling block.

- Clear communications on the syndicate group’s WhatsApp, outlining the programming of the horses races so the owners can plan and book weekends in advance.
- Preset race day agenda for the syndicate owners, giving everyone a plan for the race day so they can join in the action when they’re suited up and ready to roll.
- Pre booked Race Day hospitality, we will confirm dining and drinking areas prior (packages, tables, bars). These are purchased in advance and the syndicate owners are billed the following week for convenience.
- You’ll get two owner’s badges to the ‘restricted enclosures’ at the racecourse whenever your horse runs, so you can take a plus one.
- Meet pre-race in the Owners' Enclosure for a ‘good luck’ toast to calm the nerves. Watch you horse parade prior to the jockey mounting, talk to the trainer and jockey in person and hear the race tactics firsthand.
- Race time! Walk through to find the perfect viewing spot in the Owners' Grandstand and cheer your horse home. If you’re first past the post, enjoy a post-race celebration drink in the winning Owners' Bar, hear the winning speeches and participate in the trophy presentations.
- Hear post-race analysis from the trainer and jockey, followed by the opportunity to see your horse at the stabling area, and even get a photo.
- Kingmakers Ambassador and Racing Manager will arrange transport to get everyone home safely.
